Dear friends of Daily Philosophy,
Today was an exceptional day in that I had too many things I wanted to write about, all on the same day. It happened to be Thomas Hobbes’ birthday, and I felt that we need to acknowledge that at least with a short note. I also had the idea that we could start a philosophy-book-reading group in Zoom, and I wanted to talk to you about that. There was also a very interesting comment on one of the previous posts in this newsletter to answer. So let’s then push today’s regular post to Wednesday or Friday, and talk about the other two topics today.
